diligence research
- Program/phasing assessment
- Creation and management of pro formas, budgets and schedules
- Manage the selection of the consultant and construction team (e.g. A/E, roofing, testing and inspection, envelope,
acoustical) and others as required; negotiate associated contracts for client execution
- Interface with design/consulting
disciplines to provide construction and operational expertise during design development
- Manage in-depth cost engineering
effort
- Provide interface and reporting regarding functional and operational related design decisions
- Participate
in permitting meetings with governing agencies; report on the permitting process
- Coordinate the provision of utility
services for the project
- Prepare solicitations and contracts for FF&E such as fitness equipment, telecom/data
sytems, management office equipment, signage, and other operational elements
